Vlad is a wonderful human being as well as an excellent artisan and seller. I had an issue with my original order, and he was very understanding, attentive, and helpful in getting the issue resolved. He went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my order. He was always kind and caring in his communication. He is a working artist located on the other side of the world from me, so he did not always respond immediately and shipping took a bit of time, but that is understandable. As long as you plan your order well ahead of time and are a little patient, it is well worth the wait. The pendant is exquisite!! It is of excellent craftsmanship and quality. I could feel the beautiful energy of it the moment I took it out of its packaging. I wear it everyday. I am very pleased and would definitely order from Vlad again.
