The seller was very open and honest about it (unfortunate timing on holidays and vacations) and was very helpful keeping me updated. The necklace itself is gorgeous and my wife loves it. Vlad is a wonderful human being as well as an excellent artisan and seller. I had an issue with my original order, and he was very understanding, attentive, and helpful in getting the issue resolved. He went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my order. He was always kind and caring in his communication. He is a working artist located on the other side of the world from me, so he did not always respond immediately and shipping took a bit of time, but that is understandable. As long as you plan your order well ahead of time and are a little patient, it is well worth the wait. The pendant is exquisite!! It is of excellent craftsmanship and quality. I could feel the beautiful energy of it the moment I took it out of its packaging. I wear it everyday. I am very pleased and would definitely order from Vlad again.
