Making & Ordering
Are all pieces made to order?
Most of our jewelry is made to order — created specifically for you in your chosen size, metal and finish. This means each piece is produced especially for you, not taken from stock. Some ready-made pieces may ship sooner — ask us if you need something quickly.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 1–2 weeks before shipping. If you have an important date or need a rush order, write to us — we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Can I order a different size, metal or stone?
Yes. Most pieces are available in different sizes, metals and stone options. Write to us before placing your order or leave your preferences in the order comments — we’ll get in touch to confirm the details.
How do I find my ring size?
The most accurate way is to visit a local jeweler for measurement. You can also measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits well. We work in international sizing — when ordering, provide the diameter in mm or your US/EU size and we’ll find the right match. Not sure? Write to us and we’ll help you figure it out.
Materials & Quality
What does “sterling silver” mean? Will it tarnish?
We use 925 sterling silver — the global standard for fine jewelry. Silver naturally darkens over time through contact with air and skin. This is a normal process for real metal — the piece polishes easily with a soft cloth and returns to its original shine. Many collectors appreciate this patina as part of the piece’s character.
Is the gold real or plated?
All Trillobeat gold pieces are made from solid gold — not gold-filled, not plated. We cast in yellow and white gold in 10K and 14K, as well as yellow gold 18K. The standard option is 14K yellow gold unless otherwise specified. You can indicate your preferred karat and color when placing your order, or ask us via the contact form.
Are the gemstones natural?
Yes. We use natural stones formed by nature. Each one is unique and may differ slightly in color or pattern from the photo — this is an inseparable part of the beauty of natural materials.
Can pieces look slightly different from the photos?
Yes, and intentionally so. Each piece is handmade, and small variations in surface texture, stone or finish are part of its character. We aim for the piece to look like the photo, but minor differences are possible.
Shipping & Tracking
Do you ship worldwide?

How do I track my order?
After shipping you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package via Track My Order on our site or directly on the carrier’s website.
Is import tax included in the price?
For US buyers — yes: import duty is included in the item price on standard shipping. No additional charges at delivery. For all other countries, customs duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer upon receipt if applicable. More details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Exchanges
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
Write to us — we’ll work to find a solution. Depending on the situation, an exchange for a different size may be possible. Keep in mind that made-to-order pieces are created for a specific client, so we strongly recommend checking your size carefully before placing an order.

Can I order a piece based on my own idea or sketch?
Yes. Custom work is one of the most important parts of Trillobeat. We create jewelry around personal symbols, stories, mythologies, stones and visions. Go to our custom order page — tell us about your idea and we’ll discuss the possibilities.
How much does a custom order cost?
The price depends on the complexity of the design, material and stones. Fill out the request form — we’ll get back to you with a preliminary estimate.
