Production Time
Most pieces are made to order. Standard production time is 1–2 weeks from order confirmation. Once complete, your piece ships with full tracking.
If you need a rush order or have an important date, write to us before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Customs & Import Duties
For buyers in the USA: import duty is already included in the item price on standard shipping. No additional charges at delivery.
Exception: if you choose the DHL Express upgrade, import duty is paid separately by the buyer upon delivery.
For buyers in all other countries: customs duties and local taxes of the destination country are not included in the order price and are paid by the buyer upon receipt, if applicable under local law. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if needed.
Order Tracking
After shipping you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Track your parcel via Track My Order on our site or directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or the tracking hasn’t updated for a long time — write to us. We’ll look into the situation and help find a solution.
