Every Trillobeat piece ships in branded gift packaging — ready to give as a gift. Jewelry is carefully protected against damage in transit.

Production Time

Silver pieces are made in 5–7 business days. Gold pieces are made in 1–2 weeks. These production times exclude shipping.

If you have an important date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping & Import Duties

We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. Shipping is included in jewelry prices as described below.

United States — USPS Express: shipping and import duty are included in the item price. We pay the import duty on your behalf.

United States — DHL Express: also available on request. Import duty is paid by the buyer. Contact us before ordering to arrange this option.

Other countries — DHL Express: shipping is included in the item price. Any applicable import duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer.

Delivery Times

Transit time is additional to production time and depends on the destination and carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimated arrival date. Customs processing and public holidays may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

After shipping you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Track your parcel via Track My Order on our site or directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or the tracking hasn’t updated for a long time — write to us. We’ll look into the situation and help find a solution.
